All hardware provided by us are pre-configured to work with our network. We cannot guarantee the compatibility of devices purchased from other vendors. Therefore, we DO NOT provide support for hardware that are NOT purchased through us. Switches, routers, and other hardware are available from HostedPBX.com.au with support provided through the manufacturers.

Returns Policy

HostedPBX.com.au strives to provide quality telecommunications services that help all our customers. In the event that you are unhappy or change your mind about your purchase, we have created a returns policy that would help you exercise your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy applies to all physical hardware such as phones and networking devices purchased through us.

Service Difficulties and Faults

Our customer service team are very happy and always ready to promptly investigate and resolve service issues genuinely related to the services we provide.

However, if you report a service difficulty fault that turns out to be unrelated to our services (for example, if it is caused by another provider’s service network),we reserve the right to charge a service fee for the time taken by our support staff and network technicians to investigate and identify the fault. Fees are typically $45 per 15 minutes (or part thereof), with a minimum charge of 30 minutes.
