Products you purchase from us are warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to the terms in our Statement of Standard Product Warranty.

Hardware you purchase from us will be pre-configured to work with our network.
We do not provide support for hardware purchased from other vendors, as we cannot guarantee that such devices will be compatible with our network.
We sell switches, routers and other hardware with support provided by their respective manufacturers.
If you find yourself unhappy with an item you purchased from us, you can opt to return it in line with our Returns Policy.
The policy is meant to provide clear guidelines on how you can exercise your rights within Australian Consumer Law.
Our returns policy applies to all physical hardware (e.g. phones and networking devices) that you purchase through us.
Our support team is always happy to help you with any service issues you may encounter related to the services we provide.
However, if you report a service difficulty, fault or issue that is found to be unrelated to our service (e.g. it is caused by another provider’s service network), we reserve the right to charge a service fee for the time our support team spends on investigating and identifying the issue.
Fees are $45 per 15 minutes (or a part of 15 minutes) with a minimum billing for 30 minutes (i.e. $90).
